Our optometry student Larry has been doing amazing work with patients at PineCone Vision Center! Larry Buchholz is from Sacramento, California, and graduated from UC Davis CA. He is currently in his fourth year at Pacific University College of Optometry, Oregon. Larry states, ?I felt my work as an engineer wasn?t having a direct impact on people?s lives and I wanted to do something very meaningful for my second career. I always enjoyed visiting the eye doctor and learning more. When I met a professor at PUCO (Pacific University College of Optometry) and he showed me around, it felt like the perfect career for me.? Larry enjoys bicycling, hiking, photography, singing and exploring.
