Minnesota Optometric Association elects Dr. Stacy Hinkemeyer to its Board of Trustees
The Minnesota Optometric Association elected Dr. Stacy Hinkemeyer, OD, FAAO, Dipl ABO, ABCMO its board of trustees at the association’s recent annual meeting. Hinkemeyer owns PineCone Vision Center, Sartell, where she is the CEO/Clinic Director.
Dr. Hinkemeyer is a long-standing member of the Minnesota Optometric Association and has served as regional society chair for a number of years. At PineCone Vision Center she serves as adjunct faculty to multiple colleges of optometry which student from all over the country come to learn and improve their clinical skill. She also acts as an examiner for the American Academy of Optometry Entrance Exam Committee, a senior consultant to the American Council on Optometric Education, a consultant to the MN Department of Education, and serves on the Illinois College of Optometry Alumni Council.
Dr. Hinkemeyer is a proud board member of (SSEF) Sartell-St. Stephen Education Foundation and a University of Minnesota Stearns County Extension Office Master Gardner. She enjoys working with VOSH (Volunteer Optometric Services to Humanity) where she serves on their board, as well as has participated in missions to Panama and Mexico.
